By scheduling a service appointment, using our website, or engaging our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers of Fixit FTL and govern the relationship between you and Fixit FTL for all appliance repair and related services performed in your home or at your designated service address.

Fixit FTL provides residential appliance repair and maintenance services in Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including situations where repairs are deemed unsafe, uneconomical, or beyond the scope of our services.

Scheduling: Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. All appointments are subject to technician availability.

Service Call Fee: A diagnostic/service call fee of $79 applies to all appointments. This fee covers the technician's travel, time, and full appliance diagnosis. The service call fee is waived when you proceed with the quoted repair.

Appointment Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows. While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to prior service calls, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays as promptly as possible.

Cancellation: We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Quotes: Before performing any repair, our technician will provide a written or verbal itemized quote for parts and labor. Work will not proceed without your explicit approval.

Final Pricing: The quoted price is the final price for the approved repair. Additional charges may apply only if additional issues are discovered during the repair and you approve the additional work.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks are not accepted.

Unpaid Invoices: Unpaid invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through appropriate legal channels.

By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are authorized to grant our technicians access to the property and appliance. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance location and ensure any necessary utilities (power, water, gas) are accessible.

Our technicians may photograph appliances and relevant areas for documentation purposes related to the service call. We will handle your property and appliances with care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to appliances or surrounding areas.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fixit FTL's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

We use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or manufacturer-approved replacement parts wherever possible. In some cases, we may use high-quality aftermarket parts when OEM parts are unavailable or have been discontinued, and we will inform you if this applies to your repair.

Parts used in your repair remain the property of Fixit FTL until full payment is received. Any replaced or removed components become the property of Fixit FTL unless you specifically request to retain them prior to service.

All content on the Fixit FTL website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Fixit FTL and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
